The iPhone 14 Pro Max comes with a large 6.7-inch Liquid Retina XDR OLED display with 1-120Hz refresh rate and an always-on display functionality. Another big selling point of the iPhone 14 Pro Max might be its camera and its new 48MP quad-pixel sensor with 100% focus pixels, image stabilization, and new Photonic Engine. There's also a 3X optical zoom camera, and a 2X digital zoom shooting mode that crops the main camera sensor. Portrait mode with portrait lighting is also supported.
The ultra-wide angle camera allows for Action Mode video recording with even better image stabilization, which is similar to using a gimbal. Cinematic mode is improved and now supports 4K@30fps video recording, an improvement over the cinematic mode of the iPhone 13 Pro Max which maxed at 1080p@30fps. The selfie camera has scored autofocus and larger aperture.
The phone has dual stereo speakers and supports AAC, Apple lossless, FLAC, and Spatial Audio.
The front-facing FaceTime camera now also has autofocusing capabilities as well as a larger F1.9 aperture that lets more light hit the sensor, which would improve the overall image detail and sharpness.
This Apple iPhone has great battery life thanks to the large 4,323mAh battery. There's fast charging that supports up to 30W of charging speeds. MagSafe and Qi wireless charging is also on deck.

Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; however, some items physically damaged by the user are not eligible for return. Additionally, a modified return policy applies to some products bought in bulk. For more details, please read our Return Policy.

- Choose your return and refund method.
- Check your inbox for a return confirmation email. We’ll refund you as soon as you send the item(s) back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and may vary depending on the location of the return.
For items delivered via UPS or FedEx: Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email, and bring the package to a nearby drop-off location.
For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered via special carrier: Follow the same steps above, but instead of printing a shipping label, we’ll coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.
Refunds
In most cases, when returning an item, you can choose between store credit or receive a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.
- Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit your account or the original payment method once we receive the return. Please note, you cannot use your store credit until we have credited your account.
- After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, use your store credit or credit card to place a new order.
Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
In most cases, deliveries will be made by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.
If you don't have a special home/office address, we can deliver to a DHL/UPS/FefEx office near your town then you'll use your government registered ID or passport to pick it up. To process this, kindly contact us .
Shipping Methods

Time frames that include filling the order and shipping:
- One-Day Shipping: Within one business day.
- Two-Day Shipping: Within two business days.
Time frames that do not include filling the order, only the time you can expect it to take once it’s shipped from the supplier’s warehouse:
- Express Shipping: Within one business day.
- Expedited Shipping: Within two business days.
- Ground Shipping: Within one to seven business days.
- Economy Shipping: Within three to eight business days.
Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped the next day. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.
